Telecoms Merger

Rodríguez Molnar & Asociados advises a Spanish telecoms group in the merger of two of their affiliate companies.

The job will involve the merger of two companies working in the Spanish and Portuguese markets respectively with a view to rationalizing their activities by simplifying marketing and administrative structures. A prior change in the managing and shareholder’s structure of one of the companies will facilitate the proceedings. The firm is working closely with the company auditors to produce the balance sheet that will support the merger while the merger project and other required documents are being drafted.
