MATERIAL ENVIRONMENTAL ENGAGEMENT

Rodríguez Molnar & Asociados was retained by the French company Hypred, SAS, a member of the Roullier Group, to carry out a survey and provide advice on the most adequate location of a new Hypred Plant for the storage and marketing of chemical products (Seveso type). The firm advised Hypred on the national legal framework as well as the regional legal scenarios in those Autonomous Regions the firm considered more likely to host and approve the establishment of  this kind of conflictive plants, bearing in mind not only the legal framework but also the administrative requirements and social implications.
